  • Coordinate a production and Engineering Team in a variety of manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and Implement new processes.
  • Identify and monitor relevant through put and quality production matrix.
  • Identify bottlenecks and process challenges; recommend solutions of strategies to streamline.
  • Perform root cause analysis and perform corrective actions.
  • Support new product development by ensuring components are designed for manufacturability and the process is efficient and meets our quality standards.
  • Support production risk and mitigation efforts.
  • Assist in fixture development for final assembly and testing.
  • Drive component and final assembly yield improvement.
  • Coordinate lean manufacturing, support internal rump up and scale up.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to develop and improve injection molded and assembled products and processing thru numerous manufacturing steps.
  • Develop and assist in the process and product monitoring, including the creation of a validation protocol (IQ, OQ, PQ) that comply with FDA regulations.
  • Provide troubleshooting focus and direction for the team with details of root cause analysis.
  • Utilizes DRM/COS/Lean principles to develop creative, thorough and practical technical solutions.

  • or B.S. in Engineering (Plastics or Mechanical preferred)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in diverse technical, materials, manufacturing and  process design
  • Experience in statistical analysis and statistical process control
  • Recent experience with an FDA regulated (21 CFR 820) and/or ISO 13485 environment
  • Good communication and organization skills, and great team player
